Custom software built around how your business runs.

We build the system your business actually runs on: billing, customer records, stock, approvals, reports. Fixed scope, milestone billing, your code in your name. We know what it takes because we build and run software of our own.

Fixed fee per milestone in writing after a scoping sprint. Ready product: our gold buying ERP at Rs 50,000 a year for up to three branches.

📊

The business runs on one person's Excel

Twelve sheets, three versions, and one person who knows which is current. When they are on leave the business slows, and when they leave it stops. That is not a software problem yet, but it becomes one the day you open a second branch.

📦

Off-the-shelf fits 70 percent

The packaged software does most of what you need, so your team works around the rest with WhatsApp messages, paper and memory. The 30 percent it does not fit is usually the part that makes your business different.

⚠️

The last developer vanished

Someone built a system three years ago, took the code with them, and now nobody can change a field. You are paying for hosting you do not control on software you cannot read.

Software should fit the business, not the other way round.

Our method is boring on purpose: write down what the business does, build exactly that, ship it in stages, hand over everything.

Most custom software projects in India fail before a line of code is written, at the moment someone says "just build us an ERP". An ERP is not a thing you build, it is a label for twenty workflows that each need a decision. So we begin with a scoping sprint where we sit with the people who do the work and write down, screen by screen, what the system must do on a normal Tuesday: who logs in, what they see, what they enter, what has to be approved, what gets printed, what gets reported. That document is the contract. You can take it to anyone. Most clients take it to us.

Then we build in milestones you can use. The first release is deliberately small, often one module that replaces the most painful sheet, because a system your team is using in week six teaches us more than a complete system nobody has touched. Each milestone has a fixed price and a definition of done that you sign off. Scope changes are written down and priced, not absorbed quietly into delay. This is also how we keep the budget honest: you always know what the next release costs and what it replaces.

We choose the stack for the job, not for the resume. A branch-based business on shared hosting with a non-technical owner gets a PHP and MySQL system that any local developer can maintain for a decade. A multi-tenant product that must scale across customers gets Next.js, Postgres and a managed platform. A background job that reads messages and calls a model gets a small Node or Python service. We have built all three in our own products, and we will explain the trade-off in plain words before you choose.

Everything is yours. The repository, the hosting account, the domain, the database and the documentation sit in your name from day one, and we work on access you grant. The system is built so that a different team could take it over, because the question "what if these people disappear" is the right one to ask, and the answer should not be "then we are stuck".

Ready product or custom build? The honest comparison.

What we build.

Systems for the trades and services that make up Indian business, with the Indian specifics built in rather than bolted on.

🧾

Billing and invoicing software

Industry-specific billing with the fields, formats and reports your trade needs: multi-branch, rate-of-the-day, part payments, credit, print formats, and exports your accountant can use. Indian owners search for billing software, not ERP, and this is why.

👥

CRM and lead management

Enquiry to customer to repeat customer, with follow-up tasks, WhatsApp and call logs, assignment rules and the source of every lead. Built the way we built our own ERP and CRM work for the gold trade.

🏢

Multi-branch operations systems

Stock, purchases, approvals, daily closing and head-office reporting across branches, with roles so a branch manager sees their branch and the owner sees everything. Our gold buying ERP is this shape.

🌐

Customer and partner portals

A login where your customers, dealers or channel partners see their orders, statuses, documents and invoices without calling your office. See application development for web portals and SaaS.

🔌

Integrations and data pipelines

Connecting what you have: Tally, Zoho, Razorpay, Google Sheets, the WhatsApp Business API, your bank exports, your vendors. Scheduled syncs, webhooks, and the AI automation layer when a step needs judgement.

🔧

Rescue and takeover of existing systems

Inherited a system with no developer? We audit the code, secure it, document it, and either stabilise it or plan a staged replacement. Pairs with our website security plans for the hosting side.

We build and license software of our own. That is the proof.

Anyone can show a logo wall. We would rather show you products we built, own and run.

💰

Gold ERP, in production and offered under licence

A multi-branch ERP for gold buying businesses: purchase, pledge release, rate-of-the-day, KYC, branch closing, head-office reporting. Runs in production for one multi-branch gold buying operation and is offered to others under licence at Rs 50,000 a year for up to three branches; a licensee today is an early licensee. Guided demo access is issued after a call.

This site, hand built and crawl verified

Our own site runs 295 sitemap URLs, every one hand built and schema marked, and all 426 JSON-LD blocks across them parse valid, verified by our own crawler on 8 October 2026. Every lead form is spam gated with a honeypot, a signed token and rate limiting, and every lead carries page-level attribution. The discipline you can inspect in the page source is the discipline we bring to yours.

📄

A written scope you can take anywhere

The scoping sprint ends in a document that lists every screen, role, rule and integration with a fixed price per milestone. It is yours whether or not you build with us. Ask for a sample on the call.

What we will not claim

No invented client counts, no awards we did not win, no results we cannot defend on a call. Ask for references on the scoping call and we will tell you exactly what we can share and under what terms.

Is custom software the right call for you?

Sometimes the right answer is a packaged tool at a small monthly fee and a better process. We will tell you.

Custom software is worth it when your process is a real advantage, when packaged tools force your team into workarounds that cost more than the licence, when you run multiple branches or partners who need one view of the truth, or when a product you want to sell does not exist yet. It is also the answer when the data in your business is the asset, and you do not want it living inside someone else's platform on their terms.

It is the wrong call when a packaged tool does 90 percent of the job and you have not tried it, when the process changes every month, or when the budget cannot cover maintenance after launch. Software is a living thing. If you cannot fund a care plan, build less, or buy instead. We say this on the first call because a half-built system is worse than a good spreadsheet.

Two honest limits. We do not take on enterprise programmes with large compliance regimes, and we do not build apps that exist only to raise funding without a business behind them. Our sweet spot is the owner-run Indian business with real volume, a process worth protecting, and the patience to ship in stages.

What we will not build.

Refusals cost nothing to verify. These are the three we hold to on every engagement.

🚫

Software nobody will own after launch

If there is no one on your side to own the system and no budget for its first year of running, we suggest a smaller step or a licence. A half-maintained system is worse than a good spreadsheet.

⛔

Enterprise compliance programmes

Large programmes with heavy regulatory regimes, BFSI core systems and government work are not our sweet spot and we say so rather than learn on your budget.

🔒

Anything that handles money or health without a human step

Where a wrong automated action could cost a customer, a person approves. We do not put a language model in charge of a financial or clinical decision.

How we work: fixed fee in writing, milestone demos, you own the code.

Scope on paper first. Price before code. Ship in pieces you can use.

1️⃣

Scoping sprint

One to two weeks. We sit with the people who do the work, map every screen and rule, and deliver a written scope with a fixed price per milestone and a stack recommendation. The document is yours whether or not you build with us.

2️⃣

Build in milestones

The first usable release is small and early, typically within four to eight weeks. Each milestone is demonstrated on your data, signed off against the definition of done, and only then invoiced. You can pause between milestones.

3️⃣

Launch, train, hand over

Data migration from your sheets, training for your team in their language, documentation, and a care plan for fixes and changes. Everything in your accounts, with a handover pack any developer can read.

What it costs, and how we charge.

Fixed-scope, milestone-billed. You always know what the next piece costs before we build it.

Custom builds are priced per milestone from the written scope, so the number depends on how many screens, rules and integrations you need. The scoping sprint is a small fixed fee on its own, and its output is a priced plan you can shop around. After launch, a monthly care plan covers hosting checks, fixes and small changes, with larger changes quoted as new milestones. All figures are exclusive of taxes.

If what you need already exists in our product line, you do not pay for a build at all. Our gold buying ERP is offered under licence at Rs 50,000 a year for up to three branches, setup and training included, with Rs 20,000 a year for each branch beyond three. Ask on the call and we will tell you honestly whether a licence, a packaged tool or a custom build fits your case.

Hosting, domains and third-party services are billed to your own accounts at cost. We never resell infrastructure with a margin hidden inside the fee, and you can see every rupee the platforms charge.

Questions Indian business owners ask about custom software.

How much does custom software development cost in India?
It depends on the number of screens, rules and integrations, which is why we scope first. A focused internal tool with a handful of screens is the smallest build, a multi-branch operations system is several times that, and a multi-tenant product you sell to others is larger again. We give you a fixed price per milestone in writing after the scoping sprint. Our cost guide walks through what drives the number.
Should I buy packaged software or build custom?
Try packaged first if it covers 90 percent of your process and you have not tested it. Build custom when the workarounds cost more than the licence, when your process is your advantage, or when the product you need does not exist. We will tell you which on the first call, including when the answer is not us.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, hosting, domain, database and documentation are in your name from day one. We work on access you grant and can revoke. A different developer could take the system over, and we build it so that they could.
Which technologies do you use?
The one that fits the job. PHP and MySQL on shared hosting for branch-based businesses that need something any local developer can maintain. Next.js, Postgres and a managed platform for products that must scale across customers. Node or Python for background services and AI steps. We explain the trade-off before you choose.
How long does a build take?
The scoping sprint takes one to two weeks. A first usable release usually lands within four to eight weeks after that, and the full system in staged milestones over a few months depending on size. You use each piece as it ships, which is how we catch what the scope missed.
Do you handle GST, Indian print formats and regional languages?
Yes. Indian invoice formats, state-specific fields, rate-of-the-day pricing, regional-language labels and receipts, and exports your accountant can use are part of the scope conversation, not an afterthought. Our own gold ERP handles rate-of-the-day pricing, Indian print formats and multi-branch closing, with regional-language receipts in progress.
What happens after launch?
A care plan: monitoring, fixes, small changes and a monthly check of hosting and backups, for a monthly fee agreed in advance. Larger changes are quoted as new milestones. If you ever want to leave, you already have everything.
