A web application is a website that does work: logins, forms, approvals, dashboards, payments, documents. We build them for Indian businesses that need customers, partners or staff to get things done online without calling the office, and for founders turning a process into a product.
Fixed fee per milestone in writing after a scoping sprint. We tell you first if a smaller build will do.
Orders arrive as messages, status updates are typed by hand, and the customer asks "where is my order" four times. Every one of those messages is a screen that does not exist yet.
They want to see their invoice, download a report, book a slot or check a status at 11 pm. Your team is the only interface, which means your team is the bottleneck.
A process you have run by hand for years could be sold to others as software. The question is how to build the first version small enough to launch and solid enough to grow.
Knowing which one you need is half the budget. We will tell you on the first call, even when the answer is a smaller build.
A website is read. An application is used. The difference matters because they are built differently, cost differently and fail differently. A website needs to load fast, rank and convert; our website design page covers that. An application needs accounts, permissions, data that must never be lost, actions that must happen exactly once, and an interface that a tired person can use correctly on a phone. The moment your site needs a login that does something, you are building an application, and the engineering has to change with it.
We build applications on the web first, as a rule. A well-built web application works on every phone and laptop today, installs to the home screen as a progressive web app, needs no app store approval, and can be updated in a minute. For most Indian businesses that removes the need for a native mobile app entirely. When an app genuinely needs the camera, offline use, or background notifications, we build it, and our mobile app development page explains when that is worth the extra cost.
Our default stack for new applications is Next.js on a Postgres database with a managed platform behind it, because it gives Indian businesses the things they actually need: fast pages, secure logins, row-level data isolation when many customers share one system, and a hosting bill that starts near zero. For businesses on existing shared hosting with a non-technical owner we build in PHP and MySQL, which any local developer can maintain. We have built both as our own products, and we choose based on who will run the thing in year three, not on what is fashionable.
Every application we build starts with a scoping sprint that writes down each screen and rule, is priced per milestone, and ships a small first release early so real users can break it while the budget is still intact. The code, the accounts and the documentation are yours. See custom software development for the method in full; it is the same discipline applied to a browser.
From a single customer portal to a product you sell. Each one scoped on paper first.
A secure login where customers, dealers or partners see orders, statuses, invoices, documents and support, and can act on them. The "where is my order" message disappears.
The screens your staff use all day: approvals, data entry, stock, daily closing, management reports. Built around the real workflow with roles so each person sees only their part.
Multi-tenant applications you sell to other businesses, with sign-up, plans, billing, tenant isolation and an admin console, on the architecture we use for our own products.
Slot booking, quotes, orders and payments with Razorpay or your gateway, confirmations on WhatsApp through the official API, and a back office that sees it all.
Applications where a model does the hard step: reading documents, classifying requests, drafting replies, answering questions from your own data. Built with the controls described on our AI automation page.
A working but ageing system rebuilt in stages, with the data migrated and the team never left without a tool. Usually the right answer when a rewrite feels too risky.
We would rather show you working software than a slide of logos.
Every one of the 14 free tools on this site is a small application handling the open internet: bad input, abuse attempts, bursts of traffic. The master SEO tool runs six audits in one dashboard. Open one and use it.
Our gold buying ERP is a browser application with roles, branches, approvals and reporting. It runs in production for one multi-branch gold buying operation and is offered to others under licence; a licensee today is an early licensee. The PHP and MySQL version of what we build.
Our own site runs 295 sitemap URLs, every one hand built and schema marked, and all 426 JSON-LD blocks across them parse valid, verified by our own crawler on 8 October 2026. Every lead form is spam gated and every lead carries page-level attribution. The discipline is visible in the page source.
The scoping sprint ends in a document listing every screen, role, rule and integration with a fixed price per milestone. It is yours whether or not you build with us.
Every page in this line is signed by Indraa Kumar D, who runs the scoping sprint and answers the call. Read who you are dealing with before you fill a form.
No borrowed logos, no app-store download counts we did not earn, no results we cannot defend on a call. Ask for references on the scoping call.
We ask this first because the answer changes the budget by a factor of five.
You need an application when people outside your office must act on your data: see a status, download a document, book, pay, approve. You also need one when staff repeat a process that a packaged tool does not fit, or when the process itself is something you could sell. If your need is for people to find you and contact you, that is a website, and a far smaller build.
You may not need a native mobile app at all. A progressive web app covers most Indian business cases, including home-screen install and push notifications on Android. We build native or cross-platform apps when the camera, offline use or deep device features are genuinely required, and we will say so plainly rather than sell the bigger build.
The projects we decline are the ones where the process is not yet decided, where there is no one on your side who will own the system after launch, or where the budget covers the build but not the first year of running it. In those cases we suggest a smaller step, and sometimes the smaller step is a single automation rather than an application.
Refusals cost nothing to verify. These are the three we hold to on every engagement.
If a website or a single automation solves the problem, we say so and price that instead. Selling you an application you do not need is the fastest way to lose you as a client.
If nobody on your side will own the system and there is no budget for its first year of running, we suggest a smaller step. Software that nobody maintains decays within months.
Where a wrong automated answer could cause harm, a person approves. We do not put a language model in charge of a financial, legal or clinical decision inside an application.
Paper first, then a small release, then growth.
One to two weeks. We map every screen, role and rule with the people who will use it, choose the stack, and deliver a written scope with a fixed price per milestone. Yours to keep.
The smallest version real users can log into, typically within four to eight weeks. We watch how they use it and adjust the next milestone from what we learn, not from what we assumed.
Further milestones, each signed off and invoiced on delivery, then training, documentation and a care plan. Hosting, domain and code in your name throughout.
Priced per milestone from a written scope. No hourly meter.
Application builds are priced per milestone after the scoping sprint, which is a small fixed fee on its own. The number depends on screens, roles, integrations and whether the application must serve many customers at once. A single portal is a smaller build than a multi-tenant product, and we tell you the figure for each milestone in writing before we start it. All figures are exclusive of taxes.
After launch, a monthly care plan covers monitoring, backups, fixes and small changes, agreed as a fixed monthly fee. Hosting and third-party services are billed to your own accounts at cost. Modern managed platforms mean a new application often runs for a few hundred rupees a month until it has real traffic, and we design for that.
Tell us who needs to log in and what they need to do. We reply within 24 hours with whether you need an application, a smaller build or an automation, and what a first release would look like. No bot, no pressure.
No spam. No calls without consent. Just a clear plan.
