We believe in accountability. We only pitch clients we can genuinely help, and we only take on projects where we have demonstrated expertise and realistic confidence in success. Before any work starts, we put projections in writing; while work runs, we show you the numbers every month.
We do not offer pay-on-results pricing or guarantee specific marketing outcomes. No honest agency controls Google's algorithm, ad auction prices, or your market. What we control is the quality of the work, the transparency of the reporting, and the speed with which we course-correct. That is what this page commits us to.
Targets are not defined by this website. They are specifically defined, in writing, in your signed Service Agreement prior to engagement commencement.
Examples of agreed KPIs may include:
Whatever is agreed and measurable becomes the benchmark we report against for your engagement.
Every engagement follows the same step-by-step process:
We agree on KPIs and measurement methodology in writing before work starts. This includes how we measure, what constitutes success, and the review period (typically 3, 6, or 12 months depending on strategy complexity).
We execute the agreed scope of work, using the methodologies and strategies outlined in your Service Agreement, with senior people doing the work.
We measure actual results against the agreed KPIs using the pre-agreed methodology and report them to you every month, in plain language, including what worked, what did not, and what changes next.
If performance is tracking behind the agreed projections, you hear it from us first. We diagnose the cause, present a corrective plan with revised actions, and review it with you before continuing. You are never left guessing where the engagement stands.
Our fees are for professional services performed: strategy, execution, management, and reporting as scoped in your Service Agreement. Fees are not contingent on marketing outcomes, and we do not operate refund schemes tied to campaign results.
The following costs are passed through at cost and are payable to third parties regardless of campaign performance:
Invoicing schedules, notice periods, and any early-termination terms are set out in your Service Agreement.
Marketing outcomes can be affected by factors no agency controls. We flag these early when they arise and adjust the plan with you:
Example: If Google releases a major algorithm update that deprioritises your industry's content and rankings drop despite our optimisation work, we will tell you what happened, what it means for the projections, and what we are changing in response.
If you believe the engagement is not being delivered as agreed:
Email legal@apexinfluence.in with subject line: "Service Concern: [Your Company Name]"
We will respond within 7 business days and initiate a joint review of the delivery record, measurement data, and circumstances, followed by a written summary of findings and next steps.
This page is a statement of how we work and is subject to our full Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service or your signed Service Agreement, the Terms of Service and Service Agreement shall prevail.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved as per the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service, which include negotiation, mediation, and arbitration where applicable.
