Most Indian businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need the five things their staff do by hand every day to happen on their own, reliably, with a record. We find those five, build the first one in weeks, and prove it before you commit to the next.
Fixed fee in writing after a 30-minute scoping call. No starting price on a page, because no two workflows are the same job.
The enquiry came in at 9 pm, the reply went out the next afternoon, and the customer had already bought elsewhere. Follow-up is the most valuable work in the business and the first thing to slip when the day gets busy.
The lead lands on WhatsApp, gets copied into a sheet, then typed into the CRM, then into the invoice. Every copy is a chance for an error and an hour nobody bills for.
A chatbot was bought, a dashboard was demoed, and six months later the team is back on WhatsApp and Excel. Tools fail when they sit beside the work instead of inside it.
The useful question is not "what can AI do" but "what does your business do a hundred times a month that a machine should do instead".
Every business we have looked inside runs on a handful of repeating loops: an enquiry arrives, someone replies, someone qualifies it, someone books it, someone chases it, someone bills it, someone reports on it. In a small firm all of that sits with two or three people and a phone. The loops still happen, just late, and never twice the same way. Automation is the act of writing one of those loops down precisely and giving it to a system that runs it the same way every time, at any hour, and keeps a record.
AI changes which loops can be automated. Five years ago a workflow needed clean structured input: a form field, a dropdown, a date. Now a model can read a WhatsApp voice note, pull the name and the budget out of a rambling message, classify an enquiry as serious or not, draft a reply in Kannada, or read an invoice photo and return the line items. That means the messy, human-shaped work in the middle of your business, the part that used to be impossible to systemise, is now within reach. But the model is one part in the pipe. The rest is ordinary engineering: triggers, queues, retries, quiet hours, dedupe, opt-outs, logs, and a dashboard somebody actually opens.
This is why we build automation on the tools you already run rather than selling you a new platform. If your leads live in a Google Sheet, a Zoho CRM, a Tally export or a custom ERP, the automation reads from there and writes back there. We use the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, never unofficial senders that get numbers banned. We use n8n or a small purpose-built service for orchestration, and we call a language model only at the step where judgement is needed. Where the model could be wrong in a way that costs you, a person stays in the loop and approves with one tap.
And we start with one. A single workflow, chosen because it is frequent, painful and easy to measure, built in weeks, watched for a month. If it earns its place you keep it and we build the next one. If it does not, you have spent a small, fixed amount and learned something true about your business. That is the whole method. It is slower than a slide deck and much faster than the alternative, which is another year of doing it by hand.
Each of these is a workflow we have built, or built the parts of, in our own products and for clients. Start with the one that costs you most.
Appointment confirmations, follow-up nudges, payment reminders and review requests sent from your own number through the official Cloud API, with consent logged, quiet hours respected, and every send recorded.
Every enquiry from your website, ads, WhatsApp and Instagram lands in one place, gets classified by a model, and is assigned to the right person within a minute, with the source and campaign attached so you know what paid.
Invoices, KYC documents, delivery notes and enquiry forms read by a model and written into your sheet, CRM or accounting system as structured rows, with a person approving anything the model is unsure about.
Agents that answer the first call or message in English, Hindi or Kannada, qualify the enquiry and book the slot, then hand the conversation to a human with a full transcript. Built on our AI voice agent work.
A morning message with yesterday's enquiries, conversions, spend and the three things that need attention, pulled from your ad accounts, CRM and bank export. No one opens five dashboards any more.
Internal assistants that answer staff questions from your price lists, policies and past quotes, deployed so your customer data stays in India. See private AI agents for the data-safe version.
We automate our own business first and sell what has worked. These are things you can look at today.
Our gold buying ERP runs in production for one multi-branch gold buying operation and is offered to others under licence; a licensee today is an early licensee. The automation inside it, from rate-of-the-day updates to branch closing, is the same engineering we bring to your workflows. Guided demo access is issued after a call.
The 14 free tools on this site, from the SEO checker to the malware surface scan, each run a server-side pipeline on demand for anyone who opens them. Try one now. Automation that has to survive the public is a good test of how we build.
Our own site runs 295 sitemap URLs, every one hand built and schema marked, and all 426 JSON-LD blocks across them parse valid, verified by our own crawler on 8 October 2026. Every lead form is spam gated with a honeypot, a signed token and rate limiting, and every lead carries page-level attribution into GA4. The discipline is visible in the page source.
Every WhatsApp workflow we build runs on the Meta Business Cloud API with approved templates and logged consent, and we refuse unofficial senders. That is a checkable method, not a claim: ask us to show the template approvals on a call.
Every page in this line is signed by Indraa Kumar D, who scopes the work and answers the call. You can read who you are dealing with before you fill a form.
We do not publish hours saved or revenue added unless a client has agreed the number and we can defend it on a call. If you want references, ask on the call and we will tell you what we can and cannot share.
It is for most businesses with a repeating loop and a measurable cost. It is not for everyone.
Automation pays when a task is frequent, follows a pattern, and has a cost you can name: a lost enquiry, an hour of a paid person, a missed payment, a no-show. If you can say "this happens about forty times a week and each miss costs us roughly this much", you have a workflow worth automating and we can tell you in one call whether the numbers work.
It pays less when the volume is tiny, when the process changes every week, or when the real problem is that nobody has decided what the process is. In that case the honest first step is a half-day working session to write the process down, which is something we do, and which sometimes solves the problem without any software at all. We will say so if that is what we see.
There are two things we refuse. We do not automate WhatsApp through unofficial tools, because the number gets banned and the business loses its main channel. And we do not put a language model in front of a customer where a wrong answer could cause harm, such as medical, legal or financial advice, without a human approval step. Those are the two mistakes we see most often in Indian AI projects and we would rather lose the work than repeat them.
If your need is bigger than one workflow, such as a full system to run your operations, that is a custom software conversation and we will route you there. If your need is marketing follow-up specifically, our marketing automation and AI funnels pages cover the lead-to-booking loop in more depth.
Refusals cost nothing to verify. These are the three we hold to on every engagement.
Tools that automate the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app get numbers banned and cost a business its main channel. We build only on the official Meta Cloud API with approved templates and logged consent.
No language model replies on its own about medical, legal or financial matters, declines an enquiry, or enters financial data without a person approving the step. The model drafts, sorts and reads; a human decides.
No scraping of personal contact data, no cold bulk messaging to lists, nothing that would breach the DPDP Act or a platform's terms. If the workflow needs consent it collects consent first.
Small, fixed and measurable. Nothing is built before you have seen the plan in writing.
One call and a short questionnaire. We list the repeating work in your business, pick the one workflow with the clearest cost, and send you a one-page plan: trigger, steps, tools, what the model does, what a person still does, and how we will measure it.
Usually two to four weeks. We connect to your existing tools, build the pipeline, test it on real data with the sends switched off, then run it live with a daily check. You see every message and every record it creates.
At the end of the first month you get a plain report: what ran, what failed, what it saved or earned. If it is working we hand it to a care plan and plan workflow two. If not, we fix it or stop, your call.
Fixed numbers agreed before work starts. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice.
A first automation is a fixed fee in writing after a 30-minute scoping call. The fee covers the discovery, the Meta business verification and template approvals, the integration with your CRM or sheet, the consent and opt-out handling, testing and training. More systems, a custom dashboard or a voice agent move the number up, and you see the figure before you say yes. We do not publish a starting price, because a workflow on one sheet and a workflow across three systems are not the same job, and a number on a page would be a guess.
Once live, a care plan at a fixed monthly fee keeps it running: monitoring, message costs up to an agreed volume, template changes, and fixes when a tool on your side changes. Hosting is a separate line, because an automation needs a small server and a database and we would rather show that cost than hide it inside the fee. If you already have a server it can be nil. Everything is exclusive of taxes.
Your accounts stay yours. The WhatsApp number, the Meta business account, the CRM and the hosting are all in your name, and we work with access you grant and can remove. If we part ways, the workflow keeps running and you have the documentation to hand it to anyone.
Tell us what your team does by hand every day. We reply within 24 hours with the one workflow we would automate first, what it would cost, and what it would need from your side. No bot, no pressure.
No spam. No calls without consent. Just a clear plan.
