We use the official WhatsApp Business API (through a BSP like Interakt, AiSensy, or WATI). This is different from the free WhatsApp Business app: it allows automated messages, is not at risk of banning, and can handle high volumes. We manage the BSP setup, template approval, and integration. Your existing business number can be ported to the API.

What happens if a lead asks something the AI doesn't know?

The AI is built with a defined scope. It handles qualification questions, answers FAQs about your business, and books appointments.
