Zoho, Tally, and Salesforce are built to serve the broadest possible market, which means they have features you'll never use and lack features you critically need. Custom software is built exactly for your business: your terminology, your process, your reporting requirements. The upfront cost is higher, but you own it permanently, there are no per-user license fees, and it does exactly what your business needs.
Do you integrate with existing Tally or accounting software?
Yes. We build integrations with Tally, Busy, Marg, and other Indian accounting software using their ODBC or API interfaces. For businesses that want to keep Tally for accounting while adding a CRM layer on top, we build a bridge that syncs transactions and customer data bidirectionally. No double data entry.
Who manages the server hosting?
We recommend and set up hosting appropriate for your usage (AWS, DigitalOcean, or Hostinger depending on budget and scale). We handle server setup, SSL, deployment pipeline, daily backups, and monitoring. On our monthly support plans, we manage hosting as part of the package. You own the server account directly, not locked to us.
What tech stack do you use?
We build on PHP (Laravel or native), MySQL/PostgreSQL for databases, and vanilla JavaScript or lightweight React for frontend. We deliberately avoid complex frameworks that create dependency problems and hiring challenges. The codebase is documented and structured so any competent developer can maintain it if you ever decide to bring development in-house.
Can you migrate data from our existing system?
Yes. We include data migration as part of every ERP project. We take a data dump from your existing system (Excel, Tally, Google Sheets, or another software), clean and transform it, and import it into the new system with full validation. Historical data is preserved, so your new system starts with your complete customer and transaction history.
