Free check of your website and Google listing (business health check)
Apex Influence will check your website and Google listing by hand, for free, and send you a plain report of what we saw and what you can fix yourself. We do 5 checks a month for small businesses, NGOs and schools in India.
What do we check?
- Your Google listing. We open your listing on Google Maps and note what is filled in, what looks out of date, and what a customer sees first.
- Your website basics. We look at the site on a phone and check the page title, description and other basics using our free tools.
- Security, only if you allow it. A passive check of what is publicly visible, using our free malware scan. We run it only if you tick the box on the form. We never test beyond public pages and never try to log in.
- Privacy notice. Whether a privacy notice is visible on your site, as a short good-to-know note. We do not tell you whether you comply with any law.
The method is public: read exactly how each part is done.
What do you get?
A message on WhatsApp or email with the most useful fixes first. Under each one: what we saw, the date we saw it, why it matters in plain words, and a free way to fix it yourself, with a link to the tool so you can re-run it. There is no score. The report is signed: "Reviewed by Indraa Kumar D, observations checked on the date shown".
Who can apply?
Yes: micro and small businesses, NGOs, schools and colleges in India that have their own website or Google listing and are applying for their own business, such as a clinic, a school, a jewellery shop or a small manufacturer.
Not for: agencies, freelancers and web developers applying for clients, competitors of Apex Influence, and sites you do not own or run.
Why is it free, and what is the catch?
We are a marketing company and we are good at looking at websites and listings. We give a few checks away each month because we think a business should know where it stands before paying anyone, including us. There is no catch. Only if you tick the optional box on the form will we also tell you about paid help. You get the free check either way.

We do 5 checks a month by hand so each one gets proper attention. This is the limit of hand review, not a sales tactic. October 2026: 0 applications so far, as of 11 October 2026.

What happens to your details
- What we collect: only what is in the form above. We never ask for passwords, logins, OTPs, Aadhaar, PAN, GST number, bank details or customer data. Please do not send them.
- Why: to do your check, to confirm you own or run the business, and to send your report.
- Who sees it: Indraa Kumar D and the Apex team members who do the checks.
- How long we keep it: for 90 days after your check is sent, then we delete it, or sooner if you ask.
- To delete or correct your details: write to info@apexinfluence.in.
- Sold or shared: never. If you tick the optional box, we may also contact you about paid services. If you do not tick it, we will not pitch you.
After you apply, we message you on WhatsApp from our published number to confirm. We will never ask for an OTP, a password or money. If a message claiming to be us asks for any of these, it is not us.
Common questions
Who qualifies for the free check?
Micro and small businesses, NGOs, schools and colleges in India that have their own website or Google listing and apply for their own business. Agencies and freelancers applying for clients do not qualify.
What do you check?
Your Google listing, your website basics on a phone, and a privacy notice note. If you tick the box, we also run a passive check of your public pages for malware signs.
What will I receive?

Why is it free?
Apex Influence is a marketing company that wants small businesses to see where they stand before paying anyone. You can take the report to anyone. We only tell you about paid help if you tick the optional box.
