This is a free public section about mental health. It gives you the numbers of trained people you can call or message today, free, in Indian languages, and plain guides to loneliness and depression. Apex Influence is a marketing company. We are not doctors or counsellors, and nothing here is for sale.

If you are thinking of ending your life, or you are afraid of what tonight could bring: call Tele MANAS on 14416 (free, Government of India, 24 hours), call 112, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Or call someone you trust and ask them to come and sit with you. You do not have to explain it well. You only have to say you are not okay.

Why a marketing company writes about this

For the same reason we run Scam Help: some help should not depend on being a customer. The founder has been reading psychology since his college years. That is an interest, not a qualification, which is why every page in this section ends at trained, official help, and never at us.
