Can AI engines actually read and cite your site?

Most AI visibility tools guess at what an engine thinks of you. This one checks the part that is factual: whether the crawlers that build AI answers can fetch your page at all, whether you have accidentally opted out of being quoted, and whether your content is shaped so a machine can lift an answer from it.

Free, no signup. We check the URL you enter, nothing else.

What this checks that other tools do not

  • Every AI crawler separately, and what each one actually does. Blocking GPTBot (training) is a fair business decision. Blocking OAI-SearchBot (live retrieval) deletes you from ChatGPT answers. Most tools call both "AI bots" and leave you to guess.
  • A live crawler-versus-browser fetch. We request your page as a browser, then as OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and GPTBot, and compare the responses. This catches CDN bot protection and server rules quietly refusing AI crawlers, which is invisible in your browser and extremely common on Indian shared hosting.
  • Accidental citation opt-out. nosnippet, max-snippet:0, noarchive and data-nosnippet. A developer set one of these years ago and nobody knows.
  • Passage extractability. Engines lift passages, not pages. We measure how many of your headings are answered directly underneath.
  • An honest llms.txt verdict. We report whether you have one. We do not mark you down for skipping it, because the evidence says it currently does very little.
